Q: When is Picture Day for our school?
Most schools post their Picture Day on their website as well as on the sign outside the school. We deliver reminder flyers to the school to be handed out prior to Picture Day. We also provide stickers for the K-2nd grade to wear home the day before Picture Day as a last reminder.
Q: How do I PrePay for my student’s pictures online?
A: Navigate to the tab at the bottom of this website that says “Prepay for Pictures”. Enter the School Code that you were given. You can find this either in an email blast from your school or by looking at the sticker on your paper order form that you received from the school. Then place your order!
Q: I tried to PrePay and the code has expired. What can I do?
A: For the Spring, we only take pictures of students who have prepaid. You must turn in an order form on picture day or prepay before picture day or your student’s picture will not be taken. If it is still early in the day, you can call our office (770-428-3717) and we can try to get your order into the system in time.
For the Fall: You can call us and we can take your order (late fees may apply). Your other option is to wait until pictures are delivered: Every student has their picture made in the Fall, and everyone gets a small, laminated sheet with instructions on how to purchase additional prints online. These will be mailed directly to your home.
Q: I ordered pictures and they look great – how do I order more?
A: Navigate to the tab at the bottom of this website that says “Late Picture Orders”. Enter in your School ID (you should have this either in an email from the school or on a sticker on your paper order form) and your Access Code (this will be your student ID number that was assigned by the school). Any images that we have for your student through the seasons will show up as available for purchase.
Q: How long until my pictures arrive?
A: If you prepaid for pictures on picture day, we will deliver them to the school in approximately 4 weeks.
Q: I am not happy with my pictures. What can I do?
A: In the Fall, please send your previous purchase to the school on Retake Day, we will retake your student’s picture, and your package will be re-printed within 10 days. If you are still unsatisfied, please fill out the information on the back of the package, mail it to our office, and we will issue you a refund. In the Spring, please fill out the information on the back of the envelope within 10 days, mail your package to our office, and we will issue you a refund.
Q: What if my child missed Picture Day?
In the fall, Retake Day is provided to give everyone a second opportunity to get their picture taken for the yearbook. Contact your school or our office for the Retake Day date. There is no Retake Day in the spring.
Q: I have more than one child at the school. Can I write one check for all?
Our records are separated by each student and we need a separate payment for each student if possible. This helps ensure that your order is processed properly.
Q: My child wears glasses. Can you prevent glass glare?
While we make every effort possible to prevent glass glare in your child’s picture, please order the retouching option if you want to be 100% sure that there will be no glass glare in the picture.
Q: If I put too much money in the order form, can they photographer give my child change back?
If you are paying with cash, please be sure to include exact change. Our photographers do not have change available.
